Hi! I'm Laura
—an intuitive painter, nature lover, and an enthusiast of the mystery and magic of life. I have been an Artist Soul since birth. Yet I only began painting later in life, after experiencing other forms of creative expression; in publishing, technical writing, freelance writing, yoga teaching, and being a mom.
My painting journey started with Chinese Brush Painting classes, using ink and watercolor to express the energy, the essence of a subject. Painting in this way is like a moving meditation. My art continues to reflect the intuitive energy of the canvas as I’ve expanded into painting with acrylics and metallics as well.
I believe that art and creativity are vital for us all, on many levels. So I create my art, share my process and creative inspiration on YouTube @lauraschrollart, and spread the joy of creative magic wherever I can.
